La Biennale di Venezia’s award for Saburo Teshigawara

Japanese dancer and choreographer Saburo Teshigawara, a participant of International Festival of Arts «Diaghilev P.S.», got the Biennale di Venezia Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement in dance. Congratulations from the Festival team to Mr. Teshigawara.
Saburo Teshigawara visited Saint-Peterburg and danced in performance «The Idiot» based on Fyodor Dostoevsky’s novel in 2019. «Diaghilev P. S.» was the first Russian dance festival, which organized Mr. Teshigawara’s tour. Also Mr. Teshigawara got the «ETONNE MOI!» award, established by Festival for original artistic projects bringing together international cultures.
