Within the framework of the Xth International Festival of Arts “Diaghilev. P.S.” we are going to gather our friends, the most prominent representatives of creative professions, to participate in the intellectual art – quiz “Diaghilev’s surroundings. Who is who?”. The participants of this “brain ring” will compete not only in erudition, but also in ability to find the answer to the question through a logical reflection. Questions made specifically for the game affect a variety of aspects of the “Russian Seasons” history. Why did the music for the ballet “The Three-Cornered Hat” (El sombrero de tres picos) by Manuel de Falla become 1.5 minutes longer than originally planned? How did Diaghilev offend Ilya Ostroukhov and what did Bakst have to do with it?  Which of the famous dancers despite her fame and immense personal charm did Diaghilev reject? Two teams of experts will try to find answers to these and many other questions at the first open intellectual game of the festival “Diaghilev. P.S.” at Sevkabel Port.

Among the participants are ballet historians, artists, musicians and representatives of the business community.
